Pros

Since I started at Ballantine the digital team has more than doubled. This agency has seen massive growth and I'd recommend getting in on the ground floor because they will only continue to grow. They've created a really young, hip space that attracts top talent. The office is open concept and really clean - stand up desks too. They offer work from home days and Summer Fridays. The office is filled with everything you need: coffee, filtered water, snacks, music, foosball, shuffleboard, Knicks season tickets, restaurant downstairs in the office building and more. There are quarterly incentives where everyone gets a really generous Visa gift card and fun team outing for meeting company goals. They also provide a generous Christmas and annual bonus. The digital director really encourages personal growth and allows you to block time in your schedule to complete any kind of trainings you want (in addition to that they offer monthly team growth workshops with different topics that benefit the whole team). All trainings are paid for by the company. Everyone in the office is very kind and easy to talk to. I learned SO much in my 2 years at Ballantine. Can't say enough good things about this company.
