This business has a history of not paying employees; failing to fulfill promises; rewarding ignorance or underhandedness. There is a chaotic work environment that I have not experienced before. While they initially will be open to flexibility and creativity they will eventually become intolerant and close minded. Management becomes elusive when they are approached to discuss hard line, serious issues. Share with your employees AT THE TIME OF HIRE that they are at risk for being laid off so you don't leave them without a job two weeks before the holidays.
