Cons
Little room for career advancement, no paid paternity leave, and will guilt trip you if you indicate you are leaving the company. They'll actually imply you owe them more time.
I have worked in Federal Contracting since 2012 with a litany of companies. This is by far the best company I have worked for PERIOD!
Owners Mary, Sarah, and Joe are by far the most personable senior staff I have ever met. They are willing to bend over backwards to keep their employees happy.
Company operations and compensation are transparent (you know how much you will make (including benefits) and how much the company earns off of your efforts).
A very generous benefits package, including bonuses.
Additional income can be earned from various side projects that the company is hosting.
Cons
It is a small company. While not really a con, but keep in mind there are limitations on lateral movement if your desire to leave your current position.
BasisPath currently has only a small number of contacts, though more are in the pipeline.
Though BasisPath has generous benefits, I would like to see more in the way of training/schooling funds reimbursement.
