      Worked with some very talented colleagues and was able to help many companies get online with nice looking websites

      Cons

      Management put no trust into employees - an extensive video surveillance system monitored your every move. Key loggers installed on computers. Owners 'short term' mentality resulted in many unhappy clients - go for the one sale and that's it! Employee turnover was extremely high. New hires often quit on first day of work!

      You're near the airport and Casino Matrix

      Cons

      Zero real investment in the employees. No proper training. They pay you close to minimum wage and force you to completely depend on the very low commission. Watch you WAY too close, monitoring your chats and emails. Shady practice when it comes to delivering what they promised to their clients
