I have been working at Behaviour Interactive full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great work life balance. Great office location outside downtown.

    Cons

Too many new managers, losing focus on core gameplay and polish by chasing money on features features features. Reluctance to promote from within, most feel the need to leave once they reach thier potential because the upward training is non existant.

I have been working at Behaviour Interactive full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - diverse opportunities and a willingness from management to put you in a position where you want to be - friendly and skilled co-workers - prides itself on giving almost no overtime (you're almost expected to leave at 5pm) - some interesting benefits (nice location, breakfast & lunch prepared by chef, bi weekly 5-to-7)

    Cons

    - better working conditions = salary below the industry average - review process is a mess, with poorly communicated expectations - things won't change if you do not communicate it to the right person
