Pros

- Decent benefits - Met some really good friends

Cons

A very disappointing experience. I worked at Behaviour for 2.5 years. Worked on four projects. TLDR, I regret leaving my job for this place. I'm not sure these people know how to make video games. The studio is out of touch with its work force and the current gaming landscape. Their RTO mandate was very poorly received by the staff and moral was terribly low. There is a tremendous amount of AI used by the art directors. They churn out AI as "reference" and get the Concept team to launder the AI into stuff they can legally use. The ADs are disorganized and never played the game they were making. I found management very disingenuous. When they want you gone they will start gaslighting and making up stuff to put you on a performance review. Gaslighting was done on a daily basis and weighted so heavily on my mental health, I got sick. Management got what it wanted and I quit. I'm happy again, I rejoined my previous studio and I can put this terrible experience behind me. If you want first hand account, just check the turnover rate at this studio. Reach out to other former employees and they will tell you the same thing. Don't work here.
