Small company, family-type culture, coworker friendships. You can see they are actively trying to make improvements for employees. Customer relationships are top-tier.
Cons
Lacks structure, organization, and communication. They are working on it but progression is SLOW. Workload is not evenly split, or even monitored. There are employees that make one wonder how they still work here.
