      Pros

      -Work on your own time as long as you're showing results. -Get to sample what you sell.

      Cons

      -Management is not great at recognition. -Management often refers back to how successful they were as a salesman and talks a lot about starting early, ending late and skipping lunch to get more sales.

      Pros

      Bellboy has a clean facility overall.

      Cons

      The communication throughout the company leaves much to be desired. The training is nonexistent and there is no transparency whatsoever.

      Pros

      I liked the work I did - purchase and sale contracts, some legal work, tracking accounts, working with vendors and suppliers all over the east coast.

      Cons

      No management, my work revolved around the President, if he was out on meetings or errands, I had little work to do. Also didn't care for the personal vandetta's of the President like toilett seat shopping for his home.
