      Formerly unemployed before this position. At least it was a job.

      Cons

      Lousy pay. Upper level management holds secret meetings and frequently assigns work to employees deemed "confidential" that we may not share with coworkers. Very little relevant work given to employees. Entry level employees micromanaged every single minute.
