My time as a Patient Care Advocate has been extremely rewarding, as I help my patients along their health care journey. It is a not a "job." I am able to help from the beginning of a patients experience and continue to keep in touch with them during and after treatment.
Cons
There are no cons- I feel fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful company that takes care of their patients & employees. It is a family organization, top-notch care - through & through. My only wish is I had more time to speak with patients to help, unfortunately there are only so many hours in the day.
