Pros

Salary was acceptable. Project teams were great.

Cons

Micromanaging soul sucking environment. Work/life balance non existent. Your family comes last. Always. Zero room for advancement. Management is more concerned with punctuation on slide shows than getting work done. Planning is an absolute joke. From top down, it's a smoke and mirrors, kiss up show. You are not allowed to tell senior managers the truth. If you love working 24/7 and being criticized non stop, this is the place for you.

Cons

There's no structure its fragmented this place needs a leader a mentor support and all they get is nitpicks what kind of motivation is that. To receive a raise you have to snitch and meet there's standards .

Pros

Benefits are good. Safety culture is impactful.

Cons

Manager is a dirty word and outside number crunching consultants have more sway than any employee with how to improve the business, grow profits or prepare for the future. There is no personal or career growth potential at this company and the corporate culture is toxic.
