      Pros

      None, it’s a job you will not enjoy. Some people are kind but most are usually so nervous and impersonal.

      Cons

      No vision or tact with management. No training, little to no clarity on goals and much more. No room for growth either.

      Nice clients. Some helpful co-workers. Charlotte is a great city to live in.

      Lots of pettiness. Management is aloof of real issues and gets bogged down in the small day to day details. There is no job training or career advancement.
