      Killer Design Studio in Columbus

      Pros

      I can get involved with EVERY branding project that goes through the studio. The owners are Creative Directors, creative is at the core of the business. The studio is awesome. Great place to work. Coffee on tap! Clear career paths for every role. I'm surrounded by some incredibly talented people. Raises my game every day. Leadership pushes you to be better every day.

      Cons

      If you are used to high paying corporate salaries and 9-5 hours, this place isn't for you.

      Pros

      - Leadership cares about their employees. - Great variety of work and clients. - Plenty of opportunities to learn. - Collaborative environment. - Leadership does not micromanage, but is there when you need them. - Management provides fun outings for employees (work hard, play hard). - Team is small enough that it feels like a family. - Studio closes and gives employees off from Christmas to New Years Day. - Company pays for parking. - Coffee is provided.

      Cons

      - Work can be intense and demanding at times. - Don't always get to work on the high profile projects.
