      These folks know there stuff. They know the books, and they know their readers. There is a real wealth of knowledge. There are book lovers all over the office, in all departments. I've found that isn't always the case at other companies.

      Cons

      Bookspan has been around a long time, roughly 100 years. That's pretty incredible to think about. It made some big updates to it's business processes to ensure its continued success. That required a lot of hard work and learning on the fly. While that isn't for everyone, I enjoyed the opportunities it afforded me.
