They selectively reprimand based on their personal biases. The store managers don’t know what they’re doing, so you’re improperly trained and now you’re improperly doing your job and you’re blamed for it. They’re disrespectful and don’t know how to talk to you. If you report anything to HR, they’ll launch fake investigations, wont talk to anyone about what’s going on and then employees just end up quitting because the environment is extremely terrible. Their corporate team sucks and only care about if you can make them money. There is no such thing as work/life balance and you will never get a weekend off unless you request it. If your family lives out of town (or if you have an emergency come up, or you suddenly become ill) forget about going see them for the holidays, because they blackout the whole month/weeks surrounding any holiday bc apparently you don’t have family to see and emergencies don’t happen.
