We acknowledge the challenge you described and have made updates within HR, implemented new procedures, and worked with our payroll partner and fixed the errors regarding accrued PTO within our payroll system. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I don't know how long you were with BBLC, but we do send out staff surveys annually to gain employee feedback and identify ways to improve. I regret that you had a poor experience at our center and thank you for your feedback. High turnover has certainly plagued our field, particularly the last two years. We do amazing and hard work each day and it certainly isn't for everyone. I have taken your concerns regarding hours to the appropriate staff and we will look into this further.
