      The pay is competitive with other schools

      Cons

      The leadership team is completely unsupportive. They will use you and cast you aside. I have never felt more mentally and psychologically taken advantage of.The school is terrified of being shut down due to their terrible test scores.

      The salary was better than most charters

      Cons

      They do not want to be successful. Curriculum is horrible. Teachers aren’t allowed to supplement when students don’t understand something
