      Sorry no PRO's. This company is the worst company I have ever worked for!! As you can see they have horrible ratings. Micro managers, horrible HR people. Unrealistic expectations. Manager is AWFUL (of the inside sales team)

      Pressure and disorganization replace teamwork and respect

      Pros

      Steady hours and consistent workload are the only things going for this job, and even those come at the cost of your sanity.

      Cons

      The work environment is brutal and completely disorganized. Supervisors shout orders without ever offering help, and communication between shifts is a total disaster. Employees are treated like machines forced to move faster under impossible demands. Mistakes are punished instead of supported, and safety is ignored just to meet production goals. Hard work is invisible while favoritism rules everything. The company values numbers over people, and the relentless pressure crushes morale and wears everyone down.

      The paycheck cleared — that’s about it.

      Cons

      - Unsafe working conditions where injuries were ignored and brushed aside - Forced to haul heavy loads at a brutal pace with no concern for well-being - Breaks so short they felt pointless - Overtime piled on endlessly, leaving no time to recover - Burnout was constant and completely dismissed - Workers are treated as replaceable bodies instead of human beings
