      Pros

Recently, I've noticed a remarkable shift in the company culture. BrandRep is now more focused on skill development, empowering its employees, and genuinely caring about their well-being. This transformation has created a positive atmosphere.

      Cons

      Wish the changes happened earlier.

              Pros

I love Brandrep. Great Management. Great Training. Great Opportunities. You have to work hard to make better pay. All jobs have growing pains and adjustments that need to be made and Brandrep has proven that are always willing to improve and make changes to make their employees happy. Seems to be the only employees that are not happy are those that constantly complain and never take responsibility for their own actions. This is a job. Come in with a smile on your face and make a decent effort and you will reap the rewards.

              Cons

Consistency in lead flow seems to need a little help as well as I feel we are understaffed .

Incredibly helpful management, 1-1s were always very informative, and communication was open and inviting. The office is spacious and comfortable, and theres a little break room with TVs that you can watch or play games on, super dope

                      Cons

Biggest issue for me was remote work, they were pushing for everyone to go back to in-office

Loud office Immature management Management isn't aligned or consistent with "protocols". Gaslighting & favoritism is common theme. They don't treat everyone equally. Can't get a decent headset.

Do you experience that how long the hiring process would take at Thermo Fisher? I got my second interview with hiring manager at the beginning of November but I haven’t heard nothing from them. When I’ve emailed them to check in they just said that the process would be slow, no time frame. I would be able to get an offer soon from other company but work as contractor. Should I wait for Thermo Fisher?

                      Alex L.

Applied for a job a few weeks back, got a call from HR yesterday morning about an interview next week. She mentioned she'd shoot me an email with all the interview details, but so far, my inbox is empty. Assuming I'll hear from her early next week, is it normal for them to expect me to show up for an in-person interview on short notice, like couple days?
