Very stable job Exposure to global clients and work Great Employee engagement programs People are very approachable including the management Work Hierarchy does not stop you from stating your opinions, everybody is open to listening to what you have to say without fear
Cons
No fair pay No change in compensation since 3 years No promotions or change in role since 5+ years No benchmark comparisons done for salaries Workload does not match the compensation received Company keeps making promises about compensation hikes but every year there is a new problem that stops them from awarding any hikes Townhall shows great progress and profits but that does not reflect when the time comes for compensation review
