    Pros

Amazing company! They provide everything you need to succeed and more!

    Cons

Nothing bad to say or even suggest.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you do. Most employers have no clue to run a business and I am positive you make them jealous

I have been working at BrightStar Wireless full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great customers. A lot of competitions with in the company to win some great prizes like tickets to cowboys games or gift cards to restaurants and stores.

    Cons

only care about making new customers, not keeping the old ones happy
super pushy when it comes to selling to a customer almost to the point where it makes them feel uncomfortable

    Advice to Management

Maybe listen to your employees more when they have problems. actually try and help the existing customers just as much as new customers.

I have been working at BrightStar Wireless (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Can potentially make decent money
    fairly flexible with schedules
    Fun Co-workers
    Technology industry is fun

    Cons

Ruthless punishment on commission at times
    Not good long term company
Accessory sales are a little over the top, especially considering they are just "additional" money for the company.
They promote some of the dumbest phones and expect you to deliver
Managers work 45+ hours a week but the pay equals to be about $11.00/hr + commission
Super slow most days since Sprint struggles as a company
Even on your days off you feel like you are at work cause of the nonstop emails and messages

    Advice to Management

Come up with a new commission structure to better help your employees.

I worked at BrightStar Wireless full-time

    Pros

I really can't think of any.

    Cons

-The company we sold for (Sprint) is a dying company.
-You always work over an 8 hour shift.
    -Inconsistent break times
-Company tells you that your commissions will be better than they are.
-Company doesn't pay you commissions for the first two months, just hourly wage which is the minimum wage.
-Company charges you back in full for a lost client, they don't take any of the responsibility for bad service after the sale.
-Consistent contact on days off asking you to take shifts.
-Really hard to ever take a vacation longer than two days.

    Advice to Management

Actually manage instead of taking smoke breaks every 15 minutes.

I have been working at BrightStar Wireless full-time

    Pros

Really relaxed work place when you're by yourself.
If you manage to meet the goals they have you'll make decent commision.

    Cons

The goals they have set for your "tiers" are almost impossible to reach.
    NO OVERTIME.
Their "punishment" is to take 50% of your commission if goals not met.
    Rarley a promotion

    Advice to Management

Hire better more responsible reps and managers I'm tired of having to put in work as much as a manager but get paid the same

I worked at BrightStar Wireless full-time

    Pros

    Immediate co-workers were nice

    Cons

Corporate shorted me on my full paycheck. Also the company covers their losses by taking money away from the employee, i.e. if a phone is stolen while an employee is working they charge the employee for the phone. On top of all this in the contract you sign they reserve the right to take away all commission if you leave before the end of the month(I do understand this is a pretty common practice but it means that they view employees as entirely expendable assets).

    Advice to Management

Treat your employee's better, we can make minimum wage anywhere and not have to deal with you. Of course you won't change anything as long as there are plenty of people who are wiling to let you walk all over them.

I have been working at BrightStar Wireless full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The job is simple. If you don't mind sales, you'll enjoy working here. It is easy money. You can promote sales via social media as well.

    Cons

Unorganized, unprofessional, no compassion for new hires and will not provide ample training. This is the most unorganized company I have ever worked for.

    Advice to Management

When hiring new people, ensure that you are helping them and provide proper training rather than throwing them to the sharks. It is hard to be successful in a workplace when you have no been trained. Also, please do not lie about pay rates. You can reduce your turnover rate by ensuring that your stores have a positive energy. Keep things fun. Sales is meant for employees with high energy, which we are willing to provide. Our attitudes are direct reflections of our management.

    Pros

I love coming to work so i can talk with my coworkers. The job itself has a very fair pay and I love that there is no ceiling to income with my commission as well. I am comfortable with talking to my manager about my schedule and anything that is necessary.

    Cons

I'm not a millionaire. I can't think of much but it would be a littler nicer if we were more up to date with signs in the store like pokemon go and the holiday promos.

    Advice to Management

none. Thanks for filling us in on what's new through our company emails!
