Tight schedule can create a stressful atmosphere, the office location is extremely poor and needs to be remodeled.

Great comraderie with staff, a great place to trauma bond

Cons

Severely overworked while severely underpaid. Management is extremely immature with retaliatory tactics. Directors are hard to get in contact with but the moment they need something they will stand over your shoulder until they get it.
