It's a start-up. Everybody works hard but also have alot of fun doing so. The co-workers are really great. Everybody for the most part get along well and share similar interests in the tech dept. There's plenty to learn and plenty of people willing to give you advice and oppurtunity.
Cons
It's a start-up. There's many hours one needs to put in. There's much skuttlebut on the net regarding the business plan of burnlounge which could be off putting. But the underlying idea is sound.
