I want to acknowledge your comments and let you know that as employee- owners we take the areas you reference very seriously. We have several on-going processes to receive employee input, from direct manager weekly meetings, and team check-ins to companywide forums including HR, full company connects, an anonymous mailbox, and frequent employee surveys. We encourage employees to use these channels and any others that are available to them as every voice matters. In response to your specific comments, we continuously assess and make changes to departments to improve workload inclusive of realigning teams, adding roles/staffing, and leveraging technology solutions to align with growth. We strive to create an environment that is supportive of the whole employee, both inside and outside of the workplace. Below are some examples: · New hire learning paths around functional learning and technology created to onboard new hires and efficiently and effectively get them the tools needed to succeed in their new roles · Personal development plans and ongoing personal learning to promote continuous growth and skillset development. · Weekly meetings where Managers discuss staffing, resourcing, culture, and employee growth to address and prepare for an ever-changing business landscape and ensure the engagement of their employees · Mental health and wellness related initiatives, inclusive of significant PTO and personal time, a generous health plan, educational speakers and trainings, as well as a culture of collecting on-going feedback from all employees on our work environment supported by the Talent Team that has an open-door policy. Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry your experience did not align with our initiatives listed above. We will continue to be open to any actions and/or changes that can make our workplace even better than it already is.

    Pros

One of the best company's I've ever worked for. They have a great amount of flexibility with work life accommodations and are always looking to hear about ways to improve their processes. The leadership makes it a point to get to know all of their employees.

    Cons

Due to the current market, there have been increased turnover.

    Wildly Better Than Other Agencies

Mar 23, 2022 - Senior Publisher Direct Specialist in Denville, NJ
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Great compensation. The ESOP (employee stock ownership program) is amazing: there are no shareholders other than the employees themselves. You get a massive contribution every year in stock, which works out to be a huge retirement savings package. The leadership here actually listens and changes. Even though I haven't been here all that long, I've seen the company continually making things better during that time. The employees here are really treated as a core group of stakeholders. The company keeps expanding, but in a healthy way. Great mix of both gigantic and specialty brands.

    Cons

Honestly, I haven't found any real downsides here. There are certain things that go along with any agency: occasionally, you'll get slammed with work if there's a need.
