Pros
One of the best company's I've ever worked for. They have a great amount of flexibility with work life accommodations and are always looking to hear about ways to improve their processes. The leadership makes it a point to get to know all of their employees.
Cons
Due to the current market, there have been increased turnover.

Wildly Better Than Other Agencies
Mar 23, 2022 - Senior Publisher Direct Specialist in Denville, NJRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great compensation. The ESOP (employee stock ownership program) is amazing: there are no shareholders other than the employees themselves. You get a massive contribution every year in stock, which works out to be a huge retirement savings package. The leadership here actually listens and changes. Even though I haven't been here all that long, I've seen the company continually making things better during that time. The employees here are really treated as a core group of stakeholders. The company keeps expanding, but in a healthy way. Great mix of both gigantic and specialty brands.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't found any real downsides here. There are certain things that go along with any agency: occasionally, you'll get slammed with work if there's a need.
