There’s a very fake positive culture, especially from upper leadership. It’s almost uncomfortable to listen to because it is not like that behind closed doors. They hire top talent from people who have been in sales for decades and promise high salaries, however it’s barely a livable wage. They have also changed pay structures on sales without fully understanding or explaining it to the sales team, causing massive pay decreases and chaos due to not even knowing what they are releasing. They cannot keep good sales managers because the good ones think for themselves and actually bring outside experience and logic to the table; this company is so old school that they push the good sales managers out because they can’t get behind new ideas and are stuck in the old ways which do not work in today’s world. They cannot comprehend how real selling works in outside markets and do not give support even though they keep saying they are putting processes in place to help. This is a GREAT job for someone right out of college but not for seasoned sales professionals. They are always saying “under promise and over deliver” but they can’t even do that for their people. I can definitely foresee this company doing mass lay offs within the next few years because they bit off more than they can chew and jumped the gun on growth. I would not recommend working for this company unless you are a new college grad.
