      Good step ladder to get foot in a Japan.

      Pros

      Company took care everything from immigration documentation to finding apartments, They even have Japanese lesson.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive at all. Foreign talents used as Dairy cattle. They will squeeze every single drop of juice from their engineers as much as possible.

      Family owned, good pay, bonuses, mostly friendly staff

      Cons

      Some people only have jobs because they Are owners kids. Bonuses never given. Some of the staff make like miserable
