    Great group of people to work with.

    Cons

    Division was the youngest so it was the weakest.

    This company allows you to work in an environment you feel is necessary. Everyone is friendly and does a great job.

    Cons

    Some time the hours can be a little demanding but it's nothing too rough. Overall a good company.

    - Nice people (a lot of family, neighbors working together)
    - Different areas of work (.NET, JAVA, ORACLE) to choose from
    - Nice pay

    Cons

    - Different areas of work don't interact with each other
    - Management has more care on numbers and less care on employees
    - Management has not much interaction with employees
    - Gossip

    Advice to Management

    Your resources (employees) are your assets. Care more for them.
