    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at CEP full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Positions at the top of the organization enjoy large salaries and opportunities for continuing growth through paid trainings. Excellent travel stipends. Lot's of paid time off.

    Cons

The organization requires skill and talent along with an academic background in just about anything but doesn't allow growth and development or future opportunity for such, unless your already working in administration rather then the "field".

    Advice to Management

Reduce the administrative staff accordingly. This may provide better services and training dollars to the general public.

    Pros

High calibre colleagues. EMEA footprint. Leading edge technology and access to markets. Strong progression internally. Long established and well regarded in the industry. Recommended.

I can not think of any particular downsides at the present moment in time. As noted in the pros section, the company has many strengths and I personally cannot fault it in any way.

    Advice to Management

as noted above I cannot think of any downsides given that the company has many strengths and I cannot fault the company. I would recommend that the company continue as before.
