Supportive team, with bonuses from time to time, but I don't think that this is the case anymore.

Cons

My experience with this company was very negative. I found the leadership culture and HR practices to be unhealthy and unsupportive, leading to extremely high burnout rates. I also observed behaviors that I believe were inappropriate and discriminatory. In my opinion, the hiring process was not transparent, and I would caution others to carefully research before considering a role here.

There is literally nothing good at this company. Run as fast you can. The worst company in Netherlands.

Cons

People are stubborn as hell who will never accept their mistakes, first they will ask you to speak and if you speak they will fire you Most people are let go at this company and it's due to no fault of the employee. It's the people who have been at this company for so long that they are rude, stubborn and not willing to listen to anyone. Save yourself for future therapy and don't work here
