    Positive Outlook

I have been working at CPWD full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

CPWD is premier construction agency, constructing government projects, office buildings, residential colonies, para military Group centres which is very challenging and interesting department for fulfilling my spirations.,

    Cons

There is mismanagement in CPWD, at few levels it is seen that Engineers have been assigned non technical and administrative jobs, at some levels they are not used for the right purposes. There are unwanted posts at higher level which brings huge losses to the department, there is no accountability in cpwd for each post.

    Advice to Management

I advice accountability and responsibility to each post, at many levels many posts of Engineers are not used properly which is a waste. Each post have definite duties and targets to achieve desired results and not waste manpower by keeping the posts idle at many levels.
