Not just Charlie, but all members of the leadership team within CS. When I started with CS, I had 0 recruiting experience or specific industry knowledge. Within 2 years I was promoted into a senior recruiter role and constantly acknowledged for my hard work. Their commission structure is top-tier as well. The company persevered as a team through the pandemic and came out 10X stronger. Since I left nearly a year ago to pursue a dream of mine entirely outside of recruiting, the company only continues to thrive with great leadership and new team members developing over time.
