Pros

Company truck. Coworkers. Long drives by the beach, hotels stays were nice.

Cons

Overtime was cut off. Many times we were forced to stay overnight in other locations but had to punch out at a certain time so we wouldn't get paid too much overtime. They talk down to you like you are not worth anything, and the company is more about favoritism. The only people who have anything good to say about the company are in the offices or management. They expect 3 or 4 men to get to different locations and place 50 or more washers and dryers in each place and punch out on time. We were worked like dogs, and they layoff and fire people like we're cattle for the slaughter. They do not care about their employees they will set you up to get you fired if they don't like you, (especially if you tell them they were wrong about something). The website says they have award winning training?! That is a bitter lie, I was trained by a man who all he did was complain because he knew he was training me to get fired he said. One week later that employee was fired, and so were many others while i was there for only 5 months; atleast 15 people fired during that time. I have the highest recommendations in all jobs that I have done letters of CEOs that have advised me to move to the states the company had moved to. I am a great worker and I was fired for someone else's fault and I was almost set up, by having a team member give me a partly burnt dryer in the van, if I didn't notice it I would have been fired at that time. No room for advancement, where you start is what you'll do in this company for ever.

Pros

Benefit offerings are pretty good. The people in the trenches with you arr REALLY good people. Great breakrooms with nice amenities and they are protective of employees by evacuating to several storm shelters on premises in bad weather.

Cons

The position is new and wasnt well defined. My direct group for my sector was not responsive at all so any potential opportunities I had were delayed greatly in even being sent to customer for review. Too many critical things were verbal such as earning potential and came up about $10k short of what was discussed. Go over your offer letter with a fine tooth comb. There are caveats in there that give the company the right to change things mid stream ......and they did on several occasions. Not saying don't take a job from them.......but ANYTHING verbalized to you, make notes and confirm in emails with a response of acceptance.
