      Good company, but employees are mere commodities.

      Pros

      Good work environment and coworkers. If you are young and single this is a great place to start your career, but it is not a good place to work long term.

      Cons

      They increased our health insurance premiums by 140%, resulting in a 35% reduction in take-home pay, with less than a month's notice. This happened while the company employs 12 high level managers. No advancement opportunities. No increase in Paid Time Off until after 5 years of employment.

      Leadership is lagging. "Program managers" are very out of touch with what their employees actually do. Stingy with salaries.
