Pros

CSSMV provides a supportive professional work environment focused on the mission of serving those in need. Flexible schedules allow forgood work life balance and a strong family atmosphere.

Cons

CSSMV will not compete with the for profit or larger not for profit market on compensation but their benefits are very good, and the supportive nature of the staff more than makes up for it.

Pros

The work environment was great. The staff and management were warm, kind, and caring people. It was a blessing to work there and the work was satisfying.

Cons

None really - the money could be better, but the benefit package was good and the pleasant work environment was a good trade off. There is not a lot of career growth without a social work degree of some kind.

Pros

Your supervisors and all other colleagues are friendly and helpful, they are happy to answer all your questions since you are new to the facility.

Cons

There is no salary for any type of internships, and the A.C. was a little bit too cold for some people.
