Pros

You get to learn everything related IT from scratch, as you have to figure out everything yourself related to Point of sale systems and Banking machines (card machines).

Cons

1- Six working days 2- 5 days schedule stays same but 1 day you will get random time slot, which will mess up your sleep schedule. 3- Seniors wont help as they also get more tasks assigned then you. 4- Seniors wont help from home (company asks you to call them at home). 5- Have to answer for things to management, which senior asked you to do. 6- Cant speak up about anyone or anything,as you will be told that they were working well before you joined and you are the problem. 7- Cant suggest improvement, as all decisions are made by management in Australia, and you cant get in touch with them or will be called into managements office in Islamabad. 8- Pay will be raised on seeing if you are complacent or free bird. If you have a personality to work silently then expect a 5k raise. If you have a personality to make noise about improving things or there are better processes out there then expect 10k raise as management would be afraid to lose you. 8- Work will be Night shift for new joiners and only seniors get day shifts. 9- Both managements (PK and Australian) have bulldog mentality, where they will shout at you in meetings and point out mistakes in group chats. 10- Voice capture cameras in every space, Then recordings are reviewed and 2 or 3 days later you are called in for saying that thing at that specific time. 11- You will not get more than 1 day leave as management considers the sunday and plus monday leave as 2 days leave. 12- No career oppertunities, if you are good then you can get level 2 after 1 year, if not then no promotion even after 5 years. 13- Only fresh grads are hired in batches of 3 persons, and most of the time only 1 stays for 1 whole year. 14- Your chat with Australian clients and colleagues is recorded and then you are called into office for getting friendly with anyone, for example you cant say to a client "hey john" you have to act like a robot and repeat lines that i dont know who they are and what they want and please confirm their identity and so on and after all this, yes now how can i help you Mr john. And john gets angry because he just talked to me 5 minutes ago.
