Pros

Easy application process, drug testing done on site (although not supervised - which leave room for fraud), easy payroll system

Cons

Not many office positions, low pay compared to other temp agencies, lots of turn over in the Independence office, never know who is going to answer the phone, office staff doe not know basic procedures.
