At this point, I am not sure there are any

Cons

No cohesion. The company used to be a bottom-up company that has transitioned to a top down culture. Problem is we have too many new people at the top who don't understand our business and don't know how to balance change with keeping the legacy business going. Also, management just straight up lies to our faces constantly. We also can never get any questions answered except for the softest of softball questions.

Cons

Toxic culture where management does not value, recognize or reward employees for their contributions to improving the bottom line. Leadership is disorganized and Private Equity numbers are all that matters to managers.
