The 2 children are preparing to take over company and original owners are retiring. You must sign a 2 year agreement that you will not work in the field or pay a 25 thousand dollar amount to Capabilities when you leave which is a monopoly of the market. I worked 7 days a week at 12 to 16 hours a day. They did not show appreciation to the employees. High turnover rate and underhanded posting of positions within the company. Managers are hand picked regardless if they do not have the education required for the position. Respect is not given to their employees. They make their employees use their own personal cell phones for business use. Insurance is unacceptable with high deductible. The building and cars need scheduled cleaning due to infestations. Their attitude is if you are going to work in this field infestations will be part of the employment.
