Massive pressure on managers shoulders. This company is all about the profit. No proper support for management from head office. Was madhouse on each season and Christmas just crazy time . Was short of staff At that time and area manager knew it’s only one person running the shop on Xmas Eve. Oh we’ll have been told if the I want to go in the toilet just to close the store for that minute . I’ve been given information on my interview managers will receive £100 or £200 bonus by the end of the year- funny have received even £10 less from my regular monthly salary .
