Pay for individuals in Technician Position is poor for the Work The workload is often lopsided meaning you may be more educated and a harder worker, but you're a Tech 1 and get paid 13 an hour; Meanwhile, Someone worked with the company last year and was grandfathered into a Tech 3 or 4 spot and they make 14 or 15 an hour but you work harder and also know more about the job. More work is put on your plate while others don't pull their weight and yet you get paid less. Same applies for those in Lead positions whom Work for their Managers who do not pull weight.
