Pros

Lots of overtime during the construction season, so if you’re willing to work 50-60 hours of hard labor you’ll get lots of OT. During the winter, work slows down a lot, and they don’t need as many workers.

Cons

Very fast paced. It’s not super strenuous but you’ll be on your feet all day moving. Short lunch break.

Management is toxic. Workplace as a whole is toxic. OSHA would shut this place down if they ever walked inside.
