      Beautiful Facility with nice lighting and great outdoor play area.

      Cons

      Management belittles and gaslights you. No incentives. Horrible communication. Staffing issues. Children are only outside for an hour total every day. No health insurance or benefits.

      It is one of the better daycares I worked for, but still glad to have found another job!

      it is like any other daycare with its own problems, favoritism, and drama.
