    Pros

    Nice pay
    Respectable employees
    Clean Environment
    Really liked the ability to make commission and also have tournaments for sales incentives

    Non-Flexible schedule
    Not great pay
    Sometimes work alone, so you have to leave customers waiting around for you to finish with current customers

    I worked here for 1 year. Friendly people

    Cons

    If you are expecting to make $40,000 forget it. Goals are set high so you do not make them. When goals are not met you loose 1/2 of your commission. Employees are not valued they are a liability. What ever you are promised they find a way for you to loose it.

    Advice to Management

    Quit be greedy

    I have been working at Cellular Express (Less than a year)

    Pros

    One of the best reasons to work here is if you enjoy to help people with any of their mobile device technology advice. I enjoyed seeing customers happy when they were having an issue with their mobile device & fixing their issue.

    Cons

    The pay rate was low & also they did not give me enough hours to work. too many people for a very small company .

    Advice to Management

    They should have less people working and they should have things a bit more organized.

    Most of the time theres not customers and nothing to do, I guess that a positive?

    Poor management no room to move up or anything. Basically a dead end job.

    flexible hours, fair commission structure, Agent for U.S. Cellular a reputable and growing company

    Cons

    lack of recognition from management, greedy owner, not base salary, no benefits, customer base, NO oppurtunity for advancement, all top-down communication, lots of strict rules with paperwork policies

    recognize and reward your agents, give incentive to meet quotas

    Pros

    Just about everyone below the senior management level were fairly professional and pleasant to work with. Schedules were decent for work-life balance.

    Cons

    Extremely haphazard and disorganized company structure. The culture was definitely nepotistic...if you aren't buddies with the owner, you're never going to have a fair shot at advancement.

    Advice to Management

    Sell to another agency before you go bankrupt.

    Schedule Flexibility(You have the ability to set your own schedule)
    Great Pay
    Never Short supply of product
    High traffic locations

    Cons

    High turnover
    No development program into management
    No feedback from senior leadership to management
    No Structure each market they are in is completely different.

    Add more structure in the company to show upward mobility
    Set up a review system so that managers and associates see were their worth is to the company
