Pros

-Ability to work from home -Launching for recent college grads -Strong benefits -Social events -Great people (some)

Cons

Some interns have been fast-tracked into leadership roles without meaningful leadership development. Being a top biller does not necessarily make someone an effective leader. It is disheartening when repeated concerns about certain leaders go unaddressed, particularly when it appears their performance is prioritized over accountability because they generate strong revenue. Few Associates speak up for this reason. It’s difficult to fully buy into the “grind” culture when the compensation is not aligned with the hours and level of effort being expected. The compensation, particularly at the Associate level, makes it challenging to support basic living expenses, largely due to a monthly quota that is nearly impossible to clear.
