    Pros

    The company is small and it builds a great working environment for employees. Events to bring remote employees to the home office strengthens working relationships.

    Cons

    Little room for growth. The company is small and fairly young so there is little room to grow into management roles.

    Great culture and work environment. Always doing something new everyday. Opportunities to travel and lead.

    Cons

    Pay and health insurance could be better. Outside individual team, there is little room for advancement.

    You learn a lot about hazard communication at a global level which is great for your career.

    Cons

    No room for advancement.
    Everyone is treated the same no matter how much work you do or the quality of it.

    Pros

    Very flexible, relaxed atmosphere, great co-workers. Upper managment really care about the employees. Workers are not micro managed.

    Salary and no room for movement within the company.

    They cut people at the drop of a hat after 2-3 years of employment.
