Pros

I'm not sure, I didn't even get past orientation

Cons

Good luck getting HR to actually do their jobs. I spent almost months now waiting for them to get move on it. They hired me, took weeks to get my offer letter, after they made me fill out four applications because the plant supervisor kept losing them. Then it took them almost two weeks to send out my background check and drug test, got that don't for them and STILL have not heard back. My tentative start date in the beginning was the end of Arpril and then became March 18. It's now almost June 1st. I have never in my life been strung along by a job like this and if this is how their HR is now, I can't imagine how they are with their employees and am not interested in continuing further. This is ridiculous.

Pros

It's money and a job

Cons

*Management is incredibly unfair when it comes to their "at their discretion" policy regarding call offs and medical emergencies. While doctors notes work for some, it may not work for you which results in a final written warning without any prior warnings *Management is incredibly unorganized *They will mandate you weekend overtime without any warning making you work full weekends (no work life balance at all) *HR is in Colorado and are the most unorganized, unprofessional people I have ever come across, you need them? Good luck getting them to email or call you back *Benefits are their own thing and are also impossible to get ahold of *They allow anyone to play management on off shifts, even guys who are known in the plant for sexually harassing women *You're told to contact the first shift supervisor which is your only actual supervisor even if you're on different shifts and getting him to respond is absolutely impossible. *They put off huge projects requiring their employees to rush and work immense overtime *Just don't do it, they put up a good front until you get in there.

Pros

Healthcare, 401K, Disability, Life Insurance, etc.

Cons

Leaders micromanage or are absent. Favoritism and inconsistent enforcement of rules. Blame-shifting instead of problem-solving. No ownership of mistakes at the top. Employees are afraid to speak up. Retaliation for feedback or dissent. People stay quiet to “stay safe.” Mistakes are punished instead of treated as learning moments. Gossip, backstabbing, cliques. Passive-aggressive communication. Public criticism or humiliation. Leadership decisions feel secretive. Layoffs once or twice a year. RUN, don't walk away from this company.
