The owner is a micro manager with the tendency to lash out at employees. There is no training or coaching and you are expected to be an expert on day one. The company always seems behind in bills or supplies are not ordered in time. I have seen so many people come and go. There is no direct deposits for paychecks.
This company is very mismanaged. The owner does not care about the employees! It is dangerous & just a matter of time before somebody gets seriously hurt or dies on the job. If you love your family, keep looking!
