I have been working at Client Command full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Ability to grow with the company, high performing leadership and management, follow through on company values, honest and transparent, opportunity to contribute to the community, telecommuting available, understanding and flexibility and good compensation/benefits.

    Cons

Natural turmoil that comes with a growing, dynamic company. Sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the changes (but there is understanding as well).

I have been working at Client Command full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I found a job here where I love what I do! It's icing on the cake that at Client Command it is clear that we are supported in reaching our full potential. We are encouraged and trained to do so. The Client Command core values are solid. They visibly and tangibly make an impact in the company day to day operations and in the larger scale commitments and positive forces they fuel in the world.

    Cons

I have yet to run into a downside.

⇨ Great people! ⇨ Firm belief in allowing its employees to magnify their talents and skills by providing opportunities for education and growth. The company was founded with a vision of helping people reach their potential, and this tradition is very much still alive with the ability to participate in coaching programs and company sponsored growth. ⇨ Rich company culture set by a conviction to uphold its values which promotes an environment for professionalism and results. ⇨ Fulfilling experience to participate in service initiatives that allow us to help our neighbors and also our neighbors in other countries. ⇨ Pathways to leadership. ⇨ Exceptional benefits. ⇨ Flexible schedule including remote days and work-life balance. ⇨ Mentorship from senior level engineers ⇨ Recognition of hard work and determination to accomplish goals.

    Cons

⇨ Working next to titans of the industry can be a bit intimidating, however if you're a leader who wants to leave your mark on the automotive world, this place is for you.

I have been working at Client Command full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The People - I have never worked with a more dedicated, loving, caring, and hardworking group of people. For those who are open to it, this is your second family. And we take care of each other as such. The Teamwork - Never have to go it alone. There are always people who are willing to jump in and help. No man is on an island. In this line of work, you need to pull together on the best days and on the tough ones. We tackle really hard project and really big goals. Those who don't play well with others don't stay long. Those who HAVE to shine brighter than everyone else to be happy, don't stay long. Team of A players! The Experience Professionally & Personally - I have learned more professional skills at this company in 3 years than I have in any other company or field. I am not limited to learning skills in my own department and am often encouraged to branch out and learn things that others do. I have picked up skills in coding, design, selling, servicing, accounting, compliance, management, and exec skills. Be passionate about what you do and go for it! Fail Forward!

    Cons

Since you feel so connected to this company, you end up feeling a heavy sense of responsibility for successes and failures. Many people find it difficult to break away and recharge. It is highly encouraged by the leadership team, but the people care too much. Since we have A players, we don't have a lot of residual staff around to cover gaps when someone is away. Typically maternity leaves or long absences cause heavy amounts of work to be shifted to 1 person to manage.

I have been working at Client Command full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The company has great values, and more importantly, we stick to them. Colleagues are also friendly and helpful. Flexible WFH time, very considerate. Free coke/coffee/tea. Nice location, right next to exit 13 of GA-400. And there are many restaurants around.

    Cons

    Nothing really in my mind.

I have been working at Client Command full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I'm surrounded by truly awesome people, exciting challenges, a super fun environment, and leadership that cares & encourages my achievement and growth. We're blessed to work for leaders who keep their values first and foremost, care about the culture as much as the growth, and are always looking for new ways to challenge and reward us. This IS a very fast paced, ever-changing company. If you like a good challenge and enjoy coming to work everyday ready to take on something new, this is for you! We're constantly evolving our processes, products, and relationships with our clients to deliver the best results possible, while helping both clients and employees achieve their potential.

    Cons

I see it more of a positive, but there's LOTS of change going on. Don't come in expecting a consistent day-to-day workflow, because how we did things a few months ago has already changed and will continue to! You have to be ready to roll with the punches but there are so many ways to be PART of the change, not victim to it.
