- Transparent commission structure which is very competitive in the market - No requirement for consultants to do BD allows for a much better focus on Candidate and Client experience - Great office culture with support available at all time - Database is vast and well established - Great clients - Loads of support from back office staff on Admin and Advertising - One of the best mat/pat leaves I've come across in recruitment
