Pros

Some coworkers are fantastic and seem genuine.

Cons

Aside from a select few, the majority of coworkers are toxic and do not care for one another. It's led from Amir down and creates a constant negative atmosphere. The amount of trash talk I hear from one another is unfortunate especially for those working the call centers. Pay is hardly competitive and benefits are not worth it.
