    I have been working at Coachmen RV full-time

    Pros

    Great Company to work for, ethical, good products, and driven to be successful. Quality management who understands the market and challenges.

    Cons

    The company is like many smaller companies, which is good and bad, but there is a slight shortage of information and sharing between groups.

    I have been working at Coachmen RV full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Run same units over and over. Good training program at main plant.

    Cons

    not a stable employer. new plant has high turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

    Get your supervisors under control with their behavior.

    Pros

    It is fast paced with a lot of changes to keep you busy.

    Cons

    Very low pay. At times, the raises were way below inflation rate.

    Advice to Management

    Don't lay off all of your experienced employees and put the load onto others.
